These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, forms, calculators, and services operated by Global Financial Management Group LLC, doing business as Credion Finance (“Credion,” “we,” “us”). By using this website or submitting information to us, you agree to these Terms.
Credion Finance is a commercial-financing marketplace and broker. We are not a lender. Financing is provided by third-party lenders and is subject to each lender’s credit approval, terms, and documentation requirements. Nothing on this website is an offer of credit, a commitment to lend, or a guarantee of approval, amount, rate, or terms. Credion is not a credit repair organization and does not provide credit repair services, legal advice, tax advice, or investment advice.
Our services are available only for business, commercial, and agricultural purposes. We do not arrange consumer, personal, family, or household credit. By submitting an application or inquiry, you represent that any financing sought is for business purposes and that you are authorized to act for the business identified.
Pre-qualification uses a soft credit inquiry, which does not affect your credit score. A hard credit inquiry is made only in connection with an actual credit submission to a lender, and only with your authorization. By submitting an application, you certify that the information provided is true and complete, and you authorize Credion and its lending partners to verify it, including obtaining business and personal credit reports as permitted by law.
When you submit a form with the contact-consent box checked, you agree that Credion may contact you by phone, text message (SMS), and email regarding your inquiry, including through automated systems. Consent to marketing messages is separate and optional, and is never a condition of receiving services.
SMS program terms: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help or call 815 · 849 · 8700. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile opt-in and phone number are never shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing purposes.
Credion is typically compensated by the lender when a transaction funds. Depending on the transaction, compensation may be paid by the lender, included in the financing, or agreed with you directly. We do not charge upfront fees for pre-qualification.
To arrange financing, we share your application information with lenders being considered for your transaction, as described in our Privacy Policy. Each lender’s use of your information is governed by that lender’s own terms and privacy practices.
Payment calculators and any figures described as estimates are illustrations based only on the assumptions shown. They are not offers, quotes, or commitments, and actual terms will differ based on your file, the equipment, and the lender.
Where Credion assists in locating equipment, we act as a facilitator. Equipment inspections are performed by independent third parties, and equipment condition, fitness, and title matters are between buyer and seller unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. We encourage independent inspection of any equipment before purchase.
This website and its content are owned by Credion or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, frame, or reuse the site or its content for commercial purposes without written permission, and you may not use the site unlawfully or to submit false information.
The website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Credion’s total liability arising out of your use of the website or services will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100), and Credion will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
